WHERE IT WORKS

HOW TO USE

For a good integration of the diet, it is recommended to consume 4 tablespoons of Crusca Albios per day.

It is preferable to start consumption with two tablespoons a day, increasing the dose up to the suggested dose.

It is also advisable to consume abundant water throughout the day.

Bran Giuliani can be taken as it is or mixed with foods or drinks, such as milk, yogurt, smoothies and fruit juices.
