The CeraPlusConform 2 flat plate is a medical device for use with Conform 2 bags for Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy.
- Square plate with rounded corners, dimensions approx. 10x10 cm for Standard measurements. Maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, against the risk of infiltrations.
- CeraPlus hydrocolloid, contains ceramides, ideal for maintaining healthy peristomal skin.
- Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the center to the edges.
- Can be cut out from 13mm, greater adaptability to irregular ostomies.
- Clear protective film with tab and clipping guide for easy hydrocolloid inspection, preparation and application.
- Floating flange (Hollister Incoporated patent) with CenterPoint Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the bag-plate system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra-thin allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Click" that confirms the closing of the coupling mechanism guarantees absolute safety.

Free of DEHP, DBP and BBP.

How to use
It is recommended to keep the plate in place for 2 to 7 days.
