Ready-to-use drink for the hydration of patients suffering from dysphagia, to favor the swallowing reflex (taste and texture). The ready-to-use gelled waters based on fruit juice concentrate have a semi-solid, homogeneous and specific texture of fluid and adherent gel that slides slowly along the mucous membranes. Suitable for diabetic patients in the sweetened version.
