How to use

Before opening the container for the first time, shake it. Always put the skim milk in a glass or shaker first and then pour in the smoothie powder.

300 ml of skimmed milk (1.5% fat) in a glass or in a shaker.

Mix 25 g of ACTIVE SHAKE shake powder with the skimmed milk (about 3 full scoops).

Stir the mixture well or use a shaker to shake it.
