How to use
Dilute the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of cold water. Shake with a whisk or a shaker. Leave to rest for about 3 minutes. Reheat to taste.
An envelope constitutes a meal.
Consume one sachet diluted in water in the morning, noon, afternoon and evening.
The product is indicated for healthy overweight or obese adults who intend to reduce their body weight. It is possible to replace the entire daily ration with 4 sachets, for a complete low-calorie diet.
By strictly following the Pesoforma Intensive diet (4 sachets = 4 meals a day equal to about 800 kcal) it is possible to significantly reduce the daily caloric intake.
It is recommended to use the product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle associated with regular physical activity. The product should not be used for more than 8 weeks without medical supervision. Pregnant, lactating women, teenagers or people with health problems should not use the product without consulting their doctor. During the diet it is essential to maintain an adequate daily intake of liquids.
