Dioscorea ( Dioscorea villosa L. ) rhizome ES titrated at 10% in diosgenins, Agnocasto ( Vitex agnus-castus L. ) fruits ES titrated at 0.5% in agnuside, Licorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L. ) root ES titrated at 19% in glycyrrhizic acid, Beta-carotene, Zinc gluconate, Vitamin B6.

- Dioscorrhea rhizome ES 120 mg (equal to 12 mg of diosgenins)
- Chaste tree fruits ES 100 mg (equal to 0.5 mg of agnuside)
- Licorice root ES 59 mg (equivalent to 11 mg of glycyrrhizic acid)
- Vitamin B6 3 mg (214% of the RDA)
- Vitamin A (* RE) 149 mcg (18% of the RDA)
