How is Arnica cream taken?
Apply Arnicrème 3 times a day with circular massages on the affected areas until completely absorbed.

Precautions for use
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity of Arnica montana or to one of the other components of Arnicrème. Do not apply to mucous membranes, eyes, open wounds or broken skin. Do not swallow. For external use only.
