SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UPS/SDA/DHL are our couriers for all shipments. Once the order is completed, you can choose the courier and the kind of service that are suitable for you.

All custom products take 1-5 working days to ship out to Italy and the rest of the world.

For orders shipping within Italy, costs are listed below (excluding any promotions): 

  • shipping is € 4,99 for purchases less than € 19,90.
  • we offer free shipping for purchases more than € 19,90.

The ExpressBox SDA option make you eligible for one delivery attempt. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the parcel can be collected at the nearest post office.

You can choose the C.O.D. payment option with an additional commission of € 1,00.

Value-added services

  • Guaranteed Saturday delivery for an additional fee of € 14,00. Please note that if you make an order after 8pm on Thursday, delivery for the following Saturday is not guaranteed.
  • Guaranteed telephone delivery for and additional fee of € 4,00.
  • Guaranteed evening delivery from 6pm for and additional fee of € 11,00.

Loreto mòmò® service

This service is available for Naples and its province from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday and holidays). Delivery rates are based on the distance from our location to the customer location:

o 0-7Km = € 3

o 7-14Km = € 6

o 14-20Km = € 12

o 20-30Km = € 24

There will be €3 discount on each delivery rate for every €49,90 purchase.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SALES PRICE

All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated inside the website Farmacia Loreto Gallo SRL are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes for the EU countries. For countries outside the EU, there may be additional custom fees.

The presentation of goods in the aforementioned online store does not constitute a farmacialoreto.it-binding offer to conclude a contract.


Farmacialoreto.it has the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if there are legitimate grounds to suspect that the goods purchased via the internet are intended to be resold on a commercial basis.

The order form will be filed in the database of Farmacia Loreto Gallo for the time required for its performance and, in any case, pursuant to the terms set forth by law.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

As of 23rd March 2002, all products are provided with a legal warranty of 24 months, which is a guarantee for failure conformity, as per Law Decree 2nd February 2004, No 24. The guarantee for legal and for failure conformity concerns a problem that the good has presented since the beginning, i.e. a processor not reaching the frequency indicated by the seller. In this case, the consumer may invoke the warranty for lack of conformity valid for two years from the date of purchase. The legal guarantee, therefore, finds its application in cases where the contract has not been respected, since it has been given a property other than that provided for or otherwise unable to perform the agreed services.

The statutory legal guarantee is valid two years from the delivery of the goods in accordance with the article 132 of the Consumer Code, and must be requested by the consumer within 60 days from finding of the defect.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices listed on this website are in Euros. In the event of prices discrepancy after the customer's order, customers can communicate these via email or by phone and cancel the purchase without any penalty. Customers can purchase the products shown in the electronic catalogue of Farmacia Loreto at time of order submission. Images and technical data shown on the product sheet might not be exhaustive, but it can be found valuable information about weight, colour etc. Once an order has submitted, Farmacia Loreto sends a confirmation to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. This confirmation message will contain all the data inserted by the Customer who should check their correctness and should immediately communicate possible corrections. The agreement shall be concluded between Farmacia Loreto and the Customer with the acceptance of the order by Farmacia Loreto. By placing her/his order the Client is thus confirming her/his acceptance of the conditions of sale, the methods of payment proposed and the whole purchase procedure. Distance contracts regulation is expressly recalled in Law Decree 6th September 2005, No 206, section II. All contracts will be closed directly by the consumer/user access to the website www.farmacialoreto.it, where client will finalize the online purchase of goods.

ACCURACY OF BILLING

Farmacia Loreto will issue an invoice/receipt on the merchandise purchased for each order made on the website. The invoice is issued once the order has been dispatched, and it accompanies the goods in an envelope placed on the product packaging. Issuance of the invoice relies on information provided by the customer when the order is placed. After receiving the invoice, no more changes are possible. The amounts will be shown on the invoice in Euros.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have right to terminate the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the client, physically take possession of the product.

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us through an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

EFFECTS OF THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You are kindly asked to send back the goods or hand them over, without any delay and within 14 days following the communication of your intention. This time limit is deemed to have been adhered to when you ship the goods before the expiry of 14 days.

You are required to bear the regular costs of the return consignment. You shall only be responsible for the loss of value resulting from a usage of the good, which is disproportionate with regard to the necessity of establishing the good's nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs, if you have chosen a different means of delivery than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event, within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

In this case, Customers will have to communicate their bank details (IBAN) in order to receive their refund.

EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is excluded as regards the following:

a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;

b) the supply of good or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period;

c) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

d) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

f) the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;

h) contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in carrying out the maintenance or in making the repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods;

i) the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;

j) the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;

k) contracts concluded at a public auction;

l) the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;

m) the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

RETURNS POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As per Directive 2011/83/ EU, implemented by the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) has the right to withdraw from any purchase contract, without giving any reason.

Farmacia Loreto is not liable in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival at our warehouse, the product would be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. Should the original packaging and/or the packing materials prove to be damaged, Farmacia Loreto shall withhold a percentage from the reimbursement owed of 10% of that amount, as a charge for replacing them.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically enters into possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if this one has been chosen by the consumer and not been proposed by the professional. In this case, the customer is liable for any products damage or theft/loss, without prejudice to the right of recourse against the Freight Forwarder.

ODR (ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION)

The user is informed that in the event of a dispute, he can complain to the European Union ODR platform reachable at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . The ODR platform is an access point for users who wish to resolve disputes arising from sales contracts or online services out of court.

Upon delivery of the ordered goods, the customer will pay the sum directly to the courier. If the amount is less than € 999.99, payment could be made in cash, whereas for higher amounts, it must be made through certified check payable to the carrier.

Credit card payments (Setefi, GestPay)

When a Credit Card is used to purchase the goods, the Customer's bank authorises only the amount of the purchase at the conclusion of the transaction.

In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Client or Farmacia Loreto in case of non-acceptance of the order itself, the deletion of the transaction will be requested along with the refund of the sale amount. Redeeming times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction deletion operation has been carried out, under no circumstances will Farmacia Loreto be deemed responsible for possible delays/damages caused by the banking system.

Farmacia Loreto reserves the right to request additional information/documentation in order to verify the card ownership. Farmacia Loreto reserves the right of disagreeing the contract if customer refuses to transmit this information. At no time during the purchase process, we will be able to know any information related to credit card holder, since the information is transmitted directly to the protected site of the bank that is handling the transaction. For this reason, Farmacia Loreto cannot be liable for any fraudulent action by third parties occurring on its website during the credit card payment process.

SSL Secure payment

In order to optimise credit card transaction security over our website, an SSL on-line payment system is available to you. Upon confirmation of purchase, your data will be safely transferred through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to the payment service you have opted for. In no way will we know about your credit card number. We will only get the authorization provided by the credit card holder. This procedure is sure for both the buyer and the seller. The SSL security system ensures that no one can read the information sent over the Internet in any way.

Satispay payment

Satispayis one of the most innovative mobile payment platform. It is based on a network alternative to credit or debit cards. From your device, just type in your phone number. PayPal payment

If choosing to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you will be asked to insert your email and password or to use a supported credit card to finalize the payment.

The data related to your account and your credit card will be handled directly by Paypal In case of order cancellation or order refusal by Farmacia Loreto, the whole amount will be refunded on your PayPal account and Farmacia Loreto will be not responsible for delays and/ or damage during repayment.

Advance Bank Transfer

If you decide to pay by advance bank transfer, the order will be accepted only after confirmation has been received from the bank that the charging operation is complete.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The purpose of the bank transfer must always include the reference number of the order, the delivery date of the order, the name and surname of the order holder. It is noted that the availability of products will be evaluated only at the time of crediting.
