Supplement composed of 10 plant extracts, including psyllium, plum, chicory, boldo and cinnamon that promote the regularity of intestinal transit.
Psyllium, in particular, also has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, while cumin promotes the elimination of gases.

Presl bark ) es on maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: disilicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.
It may contain traces of mustard and sesame.

How to use
We recommend 1 tablet a day for intestinal regularity, 2 tablets a day to promote intestinal motility. It is recommended to take the tablets with plenty of water and drink repeatedly throughout the day. To facilitate the swallowing of the tablet it is possible to divide it into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.
