Crono Sonno Equilibra ^® is a food supplement based on Melatonin and plant extracts titrated in triple layer tablets formulated with the innovative Super Fast + Fast + Retard technology that allows the product to release its functional components already after 5 minutes and up to 6 hours later the assumption.
Super Fast Layer - With Passionflower and Linden for relaxation in case of stress and Lemon Balm which contributes to mental well-being and normal mood.
Fast Layer - With Melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep - the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. With Valerian for relaxation in case of stress and to promote sleep, and vitamin B6 to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Retard Layer - With Tryptophan, Melatonin and Griffonia. Griffonia seeds can support normal mood and promote physiological sleep.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a large glass of water 1 hour before bedtime.

Flowers eg tit. 1% flavonoids such as rutin, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0,8% valerenic acid, L-Tryptophan, Griffonia ( Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) Seeds eg tit. 20% L-5-hydroxytryptophan (L-5-HTP), Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, Spirulina powder (trehalose *, Spirulina platensis concentrate (Gomont) Geitler, stabilizer: trisodium citrate) , Dyes: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride).
