Esenta ™ CONVATEC Protective Film - Medical Spray Device

Silicone-based spray to protect the skin from contact with effluents, enzymatic liquids and adhesives from medical devices. The spray exempts at the same time facilitates the adhesion of the device.
The spray contains a liquid formulation which is a mixture of silicone fluids and a lipophilic solution. The content of the spray is transparent and colorless, it dries quickly after use.
It protects the peristomal skin from alterations due to contact with effluents, enzymatic liquids and adhesives of medical devices through a thin silicone-based breather barrier.
The protective layer is waterproof and provides a barrier to contact with stoma effluents facilitating adhesion of the device. Once applied, it dries quickly and leaves the skin soft, silky and ready for the application of a new device. To maintain complete protection, it is recommended to use it after cleansing after cleansing with each device change.
In contact with the skin it does not burn even in the presence of irritation. The spray does not leave the skin greasy after use. It soothes skin soreness and redness. Reduces itching.
