Food supplement based on lactulose, with concentrated plum juice, plant extracts of marshmallow, milk thistle, dandelion, artichoke, cinnamon, witch hazel, mallow and mint.
Lactulose contributes to the acceleration of intestinal transit (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 10 g of lactulose per day in a single portion), plum, tamarind, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon and witch hazel favor the regularity of intestinal transit. The tamarind and the mallow favor the normal volume and consistency of the stool, the marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and also has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Milk thistle, artichoke, dandelion promote liver and purifying functions and contribute to digestive action. In addition, artichoke, cinnamon and mint favor the elimination of intestinal gas. Mint also regulates gastrointestinal motility and has digestive functions, like cinnamon.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (20 ml) per day, in a single administration, as it is or diluted in water, in the evening, before going to bed.
It is recommended to accompany the intake with a large glass of water.
