Tendifast® contains Kyowa L-proline, ChondrActiv®, Chondroitin sulfate, Collagen, Bromelain, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), and Vitamin C.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen by promoting a physiological function of bones and cartilages, collagen and chondroitin sulphate which, being glucosaminoglycans, are typically found at the level of the joints.

TENDIFAST is indicated in case of:

• tendinopathies
• tendinitis
• tendinosis
• bunions
• muscle aches
• muscular effort
• muscle reconstruction
• tendon reconstruction
• tendon inflammation

How to use it:
Take 1 sachet a day, dissolving the contents in a glass of water (min. 150 ml) preferably between meals.

• L-Proline Kyowa 1000 mg
• Bromelain 100 mg
• ChondrActiv 50 mg
• of which type II collagen 27.5 mg

Total chondroitin sulfate 141 mg

Hyaluronic acid 0.35 mg

• Vitamin C 120 mg
• MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 2500 mg
