Food supplement based on B vitamins in double layer tablets formulated with innovative FAST + RETARD technology that allows a gradual release of vitamins over time:

Group B Equilibra® is formulated to reduce tiredness and fatigue thanks to Vitamin B12, Folic Acid (Vit. B9) and Pantothenic Acid (Vit. B5). Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid (Vit. B9) also support the normal function of the immune system and psychological function.

Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; spinach powder (Spinacia oleracea L., leaves), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), coloring: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

How to use
We recommend 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
To facilitate the swallowing of the tablet it is possible to divide it into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.
