Marine collagen, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C, bamboo [ Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss ] young stems with 70% silica, plant-derived magnesium stearate.

How to use
2 tablets 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening before bedtime, with plenty of water.
