Food supplement based on Magnesium with vitamins of group B. Magnesium can be useful for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and in association with vitamins B1, B5 and B6 it contributes to the normal energy metabolism of the organism; magnesium and pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) also help reduce tiredness and fatigue, while vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use

1 tablet per day. The tablets should be swallowed with liquid, preferably in the morning.
