HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 2.5 g of product (equal to about 1 teaspoon) 1 or 2 times a day. Dissolve the powder in a glass of still water at room temperature (250 ml), mix well until the powder is completely dissolved. Wait for the solution to become clear before taking.
