Taurine is an amino acid characterized by the presence of a sulphonic group in its structure and is a final product of the metabolism of L-Cysteine, an amino acid abundant in the cells of many animal tissues.
Taurine is the most abundant amino acid in heart tissue.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and protein synthesis, maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and normal psychological function. Magnesium also intervenes in cell division processes.

How to use
2 capsules a day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.
