Melasin Forte Notte is a food supplement based on Melatonin 1 mg enhanced by Griffonia , Escolzia and L-Theanine extracts with GABARELAX® (natural gamma aminobutyric acid).
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and to alleviate, when necessary, the effect of jet-lag **.
The es. of Griffonia simplicifolia , titrated in 5-hydroxy-L-Tryptophan, promotes mental well-being and normal mood, e.g. of Escolzia relaxation (sleep) in case of stress. The es. of Green tea , titrated in L-Theanine, is useful as a tonic in case of physical and mental fatigue as well as having antioxidant properties.
The innovative double layer tablets, gluten-free and naturally lactose-free , are characterized by a “fast / slow” modulated release system that allows a rapid and prolonged release of the components.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before going to bed.
** To counteract the effects of jet lag, the product must be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a glass of water (at least 150 ml) in the evening, half an hour before bed.
