Description

The particular "retard" formulation allows a gradual and prolonged release of melatonin for 6-8 hours. It reduces the time required to fall asleep: this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime.

Relieves the effects of jet-lag: this beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

How to use

We recommend taking 1 tablet a day before going to bed.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
