Melatonin + Griffonia Equilibra® is a food supplement of melatonin and griffonia. Melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep . Furthermore, griffonia seeds can help normal mood , promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being , while vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingrediants

Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; Griffonia seed dry extract (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) Tit. 95% 5-HTP, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Melatonin.

Usage tips

1 tablet per day. Do not exceed the indicated doses. The tablets should be swallowed with liquid, preferably half an hour before going to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
