Melatonin Pura® ESI Food Supplement
Based on melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.
It does not contain: milk derivatives, added sugars, added preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How to use
It is recommended to dilute 20 drops in a little water to take 1 mg of melatonin.
The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
The beneficial action to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
