Ingrediants

Melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol; purified water; emulsifiers: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monoleate and lecithins (from soy); acidifier: citric acid; aroma; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Without added sugars, synthetic sweeteners, artificial colors, GMOs and gluten.

Nutritional values for 2 pumps: Melatonin 1 mg.

How to use

1-2 pumps to be sprayed under the tongue. 1 serving provides 0.5 mg of Melatonin. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. The beneficial action to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, just before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use during pregnancy and / or breastfeeding is not recommended.
