Nexcare ™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Flexible is intended to provide surface cold or heat. The cold helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. The heat helps reduce pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for the whole family.

The natural therapeutic power of cold and heat. The pads can be used cold or hot and are a solution for those who prefer natural, drug-free therapy. They can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. They can be heated in hot water or in the microwave. Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Always insert the gel pad into the supplied cover or into a clean towel when applying to the skin. Apply the pad to the affected area until it feels comfortable. When the gel pad reaches room temperature, re-heat it. The protective cover of the gel pad can be applied quickly and comfortably, ensuring even more safety for the skin.
