How to use
Infuse a filter bag in a cup of boiling water (about 150 ml) for about 5 minutes, once or twice a day, preferably in the middle of the morning or in the afternoon, between meals. Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the teaspoon. Any slight variations in flavor and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
