Pascomucil Powder Named Food Supplement

Pascomucil Powder food supplement promotes physiological bowel movements. Thanks to the presence of mucilage, Plantago ovata has the ability to form a gelatinous mass which, increasing in volume, increases the fecal mass and stimulates intestinal motility, facilitating intestinal emptying. It is therefore useful in case of constipation, disorders for which an evacuation with soft stools is necessary, diarrhea. It also has a mild hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolemic action as it acts on reducing the absorption of cholesterol and sugars.

How to use

Take half a measuring cup in a glass of water, 1 - 3 times a day between meals. It is advisable to take plenty of fluids throughout the day.

For 1 and a half scoops (20 g): plantago ovata seminal integument powder 7.5 g.
