Hericium extract - lion's mane [ Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers ] sporophorum - titrated at 20% in polysaccharides and 6.5% in beta-glucans, vegetable gelatin, acerola extract ( Malpighia glabra L. ) fructus - natural source of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B9 - folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

• vitamin B2: 1.4 mg

• vitamin B9: 200 mcg

How to use
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, before breakfast.
