Pasta from the parks of Tuscany is a product that comes from the joint work of Alce Nero and Legambiente aimed at converting the lands of all the parks of the Italian territory to organic, reducing the impact of conventional agriculture based on the use of chemical synthesis and pesticides.

Cappelli Alce Nero durum wheat half sleeves are produced using the historic variety of durum wheat which owes its name to the homonymous Abruzzo senator, promoter, in the early 1900s, of the agrarian reform that led to the distinction between hard and soft wheat. Grown in Italy, it is characterized by an intense aroma and by the ears up to one meter and sixty high which end with an unmistakable black mustache. The semolina dough is prepared with spring water from the Dolomites.

Alce Nero organic durum wheat half sleeves, thanks to their shape, are ideal for holding the seasoning over the entire surface and lend themselves well to any preparation.
