Our body contains about 10 - 20 mg of manganese, mainly located in the liver, kidney, intestine, retina, skin and hair. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress : it is in fact a fundamental cofactor of SOD (superoxide dismutase), an enzyme physiologically present in our body with the very important function of cellular antioxidant. Manganese also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and the normal formation of connective tissues . Being a cofactor of numerous enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and cholesterol, it contributes to normal energy metabolism . OLIGO MANGANESE PLUS provides manganese in bisglycinate ** form to promote greater absorption and better bioavailability.

HOW TO USE

1 tablet per day
preferably at the meal
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
