Spirulina Maxima is a blue-green microalgae of the cyanophyceae family, which lives thanks to photosynthesis like plants, is 0.3 mm long and takes its name from its spiral shape.

Spirulina Maxima has a high concentration of proteins (65% of its weight approximately). Contains essential amino acids including leucine, valine and isoleucine.
