Enervit Gymline 100% WHEY PROTEIN is an instant protein indicated in case of increased protein requirement resulting from intense muscular and sporting activity. A portion (30 g) of product prepared according to the method indicated, provides 24 g of protein and constitutes a source of vitamin B6 (it provides 1.4 mg corresponding to 100% of the reference nutritional values). Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

* Concentrated whey proteins are obtained through the cross flow membrane filtration (CFMF) process.

HOW TO USE

Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the intensity of the activity carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
