4 sachets of 1.25 g per day of 2 in Prebiotic Sweetener provide 4 grams of fiber with only 1.28 Kcal. 2 in Prebiotic Sweetener is the first water-soluble fiber supplement that provides an adequate sweetener supply and can easily be used to educate both hot and cold foods and drinks and in the preparation of baked desserts.
