With the 3M Nexcare ColdHot thermal pad, effectively reduce pain.
It is designed to relieve major bruises, back and abdomen pain or extensive inflammation.
Used alone or in addition to other treatments, it offers an excellent alternative to natural therapy.
Its large size makes it particularly elastic and flexible enough to hug the body and adequately wrap the painful area to be treated.
The gel in the thermal pad is 99% biodegradable, safe and non-toxic for the whole family. In addition, the product is more environmentally friendly.

Two ways to use this thermal pillow that naturally relieves pain by providing hot or cold:

• Cold - Cryotherapy : to reduce edema, inflammation and pain. It also helps relieve acute injuries (bruises, bruises, strains, sprains, mild shocks), chronic pain due to musculoskeletal injuries, reduce swelling, lower fever, severe leg bruising and extensive inflammation.
• Heat - Thermotherapy : to relieve chronic musculoskeletal pain (but without acute inflammation), muscle tension, back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain even during pregnancy, stomach pain or to warm up.

Tips for use

Always place Nexcare ™ ColdHot ™ Thermo Pillows brought to temperature (hot or cold) in their covers, otherwise wrap them with a clean cloth before any application.

• For use in cryotherapy: put at least 2 hours in the freezer, then place in the bag provided before applying to the body.
• For use in thermotherapy: put from 6 to 8 minutes in a saucepan of boiling water, allow to cool for a while then place in the bag provided before applying to the body.

Or, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 640 watts, then put it in the bag provided before applying it to your body.
