Sterile, conformable and absorbent dressing. it is indicated for the dressing of wounds with moderate to high exudate production. Antimicrobial and highly absorbent, it is composed of sterile calcium alginate, carboxymethylcellulose and an ionic silver complex. The release of ionic silver effectively reduces the microbial load caused by a broad spectrum of microorganisms, including antibiotic-resistant bacteria (MRSA and VRE).
