PS + 4+ NUTRITION - Food Supplement

Phosphatidylserine supplement useful in case of low dietary intake or increased need.
Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a lipid, constituent of cell membranes.
One of its roles is to optimize the transport and receptor functions of the cell walls themselves.
Its supplementation seems to be able to give greater efficacy to the functions of the membrane, especially the neuronal one, and that it has an inhibitory role in the secretion of cortisol.
The pituitary also secretes the adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) which, in turn, causes the synthesis of cortisol.
This hormone causes a reduction in the transport of amino acids in the cell, leading to a reduction in the anabolic process and a stimulation of the catabolic one.
Cortisol has the function of releasing amino acids for energy purposes in conditions of particular stress.
For these reasons it has been found useful to try to inhibit the production of cortisol.

Ingrediants

L-Phosphatidylserine (soy lecithin), capsule: food gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to use

Take 1 capsule with water or other beverage once a day, preferably between meals.

Warnings

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
