Anti snoring mandibular advancement device, composed of two twin bites (TwinBite), anatomical and self-modeling, one for the upper arch and one for the lower one.

After having carried out the necessary customization, the two bites are connected by means of a special coupling device that allows the closure of the mouth and the advancement of the jaw, keeping the lateral movements of the same free.
During the night, muscle relaxation and opening the mouth are conditions that promote snoring. DR.RUSS is able to close his mouth and bring his jaw forward to counteract these effects.
Being an intraoral device similar to an orthodontic appliance that children wear, it needs the necessary "adaptation" period to integrate. Therefore, before using it during the night, it is advisable to wear it a few hours during the day, perhaps while concentrating on looking at the television, to normalize salivation.

Warnings:
in case of difficulty in breathing or other breathing problems, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
In the morning you may feel an alteration of the dental occlusion, which should disappear within about an hour. If this persists for more than three hours, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Snoring is often associated with sleep apnea. This condition is characterized by stops of breathing during sleep; if the number of stops of breathing (apneas) exceeds 5 every hour it is to be considered as a pathological condition.In case of suspected sleep apnea it is essential to ask for advice from a specialist for a sleep study.
