METHOD OF INTERNAL USE

1 scant teaspoon (about 35 drops) morning and evening. In case of severe or chronic ailments, this can be up to 3 teaspoons per day. If it is used for digestive disorders, use it within 30 minutes of the end of the meal. In other cases it can be taken before meals. Dilute in water or in a herbal tea.

METHOD FOR EXTERNAL USE (WRAP WITH SWEDISH BITTER)

Containing alcohol, the liquid can dry out or irritate the skin. To avoid this, the area to be treated can first be treated with a calendula ointment which will keep the epidermis hydrated. Above will be applied some cotton or a part of gauze moistened with phyto preparation 55.

Take care that the cotton or gauze is wet enough without being dripping.

The area is then bandaged with a protective plastic film (and if desired, further bandaged with a warm cloth) and always stopped with a bandage.

Allergy sufferers can only swaddle with cotton without using any plastic film. Leave at least one hour. It can be applied in the evening and left overnight.

In the case of the eyes, always keep them closed during the compress.
