Depurathium
Dietary supplement
Normally our organism, a perfect machine, is able to eliminate the toxic substances produced by the physiological metabolic and digestive processes as well as those that we introduce with the air we breathe or with the drugs we take.
In fact, toxins are essentially divided into two groups:
• endogenous toxins, produced by normal metabolic processes
• exogenous toxins, introduced with food, water, air and drugs
In some situations, however, our body is unable to completely eliminate these toxic substances which accumulate over time, compromising the correct functionality of the cells and organs of our body with considerable negative repercussions on our state of well-being.
An excessive accumulation of toxins at an organic level can in fact cause numerous disorders such as:
• fluid retention
• impure skin
• cellulite
• overweight
The main causes of toxin accumulation are represented by:
• excessive or particularly high-fat diet which causes an increased production of toxic waste
• sedentary lifestyle that negatively affects intestinal transit and sweating, functions that are the basis of the elimination of toxic substances
• hepatic and renal impairment: the liver and kidneys are the main organs responsible for the elimination of toxic waste
• circulatory insufficiency: most of the waste is in fact carried by the blood to reach the purification organs
An effective purification practice aims to simultaneously stimulate the main elimination routes and should be carried out regularly at least in spring and autumn. Purification in spring has the purpose of favoring the elimination of toxins accumulated during the winter, a period during which a predominantly sedentary life is led and more fatty foods are consumed; the purification in autumn has the purpose of preparing the body to react better to the winter period. Abbé Roland has developed specific products which, thanks to their composition, allow an effective purifying treatment to be carried out by stimulating the functionality of the main elimination routes (liver, skin, kidneys, intestines).
Composition
Depurathium liquid contains:
Artichoke: with purifying, diuretic, digestive and hepatoprotective properties.
Tamarind: rich in sugars and tartaric acid, it carries out a sweet laxative action without irritating the intestine but drawing water into it and thus favoring the increase and softening of the fecal mass.
Dandelion: promotes the function of liver cells and gallbladder and has mild diuretic and laxative effects.
Nettle: has a diuretic action through an increase in urine volume, an increase in urinary flow and a reduction in the residual urine in the bladder.
Fennel: with anti-fermentative effects, it also has a beneficial effect on intestinal transit, thus favoring digestive processes and reducing the formation of gas in the intestine. Chicory: its diuretic properties have always been recognized and are capable of promoting the elimination of both excess liquids and toxins.
Viola Tricolore: able to promote correct permeability of capillaries and help reduce the stagnation of liquids and the accumulation of toxins.
Burdock: specific purifying actions on the skin and blood are ascribed to it.
Milk Thistle: rich in silymarin, it therefore has an effective hepatoprotective action.
Fumitory: with a tonic and purifying action, it promotes the secretion of bile by improving the digestive and purifying function.
Birch: with marked diuretic effects capable of stimulating renal function by increasing the amount of urine eliminated and with it toxic waste.
Boldo: it is used for its properties capable of stimulating the secretion of bile and thus improving digestion.
Spirea: with anti-inflammatory effects useful in the presence of stagnation of liquids and toxins.
Plum Juice: rich in sugars and has an osmotic action by drawing liquids into the intestine, thus increasing peristalsis and favoring the transit of feces.
Fructooligosaccharides: also called FOS, are non-soluble fibers that are not digested and represent a nutritional substrate for lactic ferments.
