How to use
2 scoops (about 16.6 g) of powder per day in a glass of water, fruit juice or other beverage or mix with smoothies, etc., until smooth. Thanks to the neutral taste, the absence of sweeteners and the exceptional solubility, it can also be added to commonly used foods, to increase the protein intake.
