ACIDIF®MONO is a food supplement based on L-Methionine and Vitamin C that promotes the functionality of the urinary tract.
L-Methionine
L-Methionine is part of the essential amino acids and, as such, is an important constituent of the human body. L-Methionine, which our body is unable to produce, but must be introduced from the outside, is the only essential amino acid that contains sulfur in its formula. The availability of L-Methionine (as a sulfur donor) in sufficient quantity is the necessary condition for the biosynthesis of cysteine, a sulphured amino acid.

C vitamin
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is part of the essential vitamins for its water-soluble antioxidant action capable of protecting against free radicals in aqueous environments (plasma, intracellular liquids). In the urinary environment it is able to stimulate the production of nitric oxides by reducing bacterial nitrites (2).

ACIDIF®MONO is presented in swallowable double layer modified release tablets. This optimizes tolerability and guarantees a constant release of its components over time, allowing for a daily single administration.

Dosage:

one tablet of 1.2g. contains 800 mg. of L-Methionine and 80 mg. of vitamin C

We recommend taking one tablet once a day, preferably in the evening.
