Aconitum Napellus 7CH is traditionally used in homeopathy for states of uncontrollable physical agitation and anxiety, especially after strong fears.

It is useful against febrile symptoms, especially due to exposure to dry cold or to the sun.

Indicated in case of

Sudden high fever, often after a dry cold, with shivering, thirst for large quantities of cold water, burning and dry skin.

Neuralgia with pains, spasms and tingling, especially in the trigeminal and sciatic area.

Vascular disorders with extreme agitation and distress.

How to use

In homeopathy the intake of the granules is different if they are used for chronic problems or for acute problems.

In the chronic phase, take 5 granules at a time, 3 times a day, always away from meals if possible or at least a quarter of an hour away from the meal.

In case of acute pathology, they are usually taken several times during the day at a close distance, usually you can get to take 2 or 3 granules every hour or every two hours.
