Food supplement based on vitamins, mineral salts, creatine, arginine, inulin and D-ribose. Dietary supplementation of creatine and arginine is important in individuals subject to deficiency of these substances.
Creatine
It is present in muscle tissues, where it plays an essential role in the energy production mechanisms at the cell level. Its integration increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Arginine
Amino acid involved in the biological cycles that regulate the formation, availability and use of energy by cells.
Inulin
Oligosaccharide, soluble fiber of vegetable origin (extracted from plants, in particular from chicory) which has a prebiotic role in the human intestine: it allows the development of the "good" bacterial flora and contributes positively to the metabolism of various nutrients.

Inulin; creatine monohydrate; l-arginine; d-ribose (3.57%); magnesium aspartate; magnesium oxide; C vitamin; vitamin E acetate; vitamin PP; calcium pantothenate; vitamin B6 hydrochloride; vitamin B12; vitamin B2 phosphate; vitamin B1 hydrochloride.

How to use
1 or 2 sachets per day.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, add water, mix well and drink immediately.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
