Castanea vesca	90mg
Actigerm *	30 mg
Grapefruit seeds	30 mg
Other ingredients: water; fructose; sweet apple extract.

* Actigerm: concentrated extract of Thymus vulgare, Rosmarinus officinalis, Salvia lavandulifolia, Origanum vulgare, titrated at 15% in rosmarinic acid.

How to use
1 teaspoon (3 ml) 3-4 times a day to be taken pure or diluted in a small amount of liquid.
