Actimar ISO fialoidi KIT is an isotonic saline solution for inhalation use based on 0.9% Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium Chloride, thanks to these components it is able to offer ideal efficacy to the nasal cavities of children.

Application indications of actimar iso kit

Actimar ISO KIT ampoules allows, thanks to the Actimar Nasal Nebulizer device, the nebulization of Actimar® ISO Fialoidi, an isotonic saline solution with hyaluronic acid for inhalation use. Actimar® Nasal Nebulizer, thanks to its specially designed shape, fits ergonomically to the nostrils of infants, children and adults. Furthermore, thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, it hydrates the nasal mucous membranes, reducing the discomfort associated with dryness or irritation. The sodium chloride present at a concentration of 0.9% gently cleanses the nasal cavities, fluidifying the secretions and facilitating their removal.

How to use actimar iso kit

Follow the instructions below:

1) Break the cap of the vial with a twisting motion.
2) Connect the vial to the syringe included in the package and aspirate the solution to be nebuulated.
3) Insert the nasal nebulizer on the syringe.
4) Keep your head tilted to the other side, never backwards.
5) Gently bring the nozzle of the nasal nebulizer to the upper nasal nostril and press lightly on the plunger of the syringe to spray. In infants and children (under 3 years and in any case depending on the level of cooperation) it is necessary to carry out the washes in a lying position on one side, keeping the head reclined to one side and gently inserting the Actimar® Nasal Nebulizer dispenser into the nostril superior.
6) Keep the head tilted to the other side (never backwards) and repeat the spraying in the other nostril.
7) Before storing the device, rinse the Actimar® Nasal Nebulizer under running water.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
Spray with half a vial into each nostril 2 - 3 times a day or more often as needed or according to medical advice.

Warnings and Contraindications deriving from the use of actimar iso kit

In case of using half the dose, the vial must be closed immediately with its cap and must be stored at a temperature between 2 ° C and 8 ° C (in the refrigerator) and used within 12 hours of opening. The vials must be stored in their case, at room temperature, away from light and heat. Do not freeze.
Keep the internal instructions with the product. Use the product for inhalation therapies only for the upper airways. Keep out of the reach and sight of children in order to avoid incorrect use of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. Not intended for oral use. Not injectable. Actimar® Nasal Nubulator is intended for one patient only, but can be reused for multiple nebulizations. Clean Actimar® Nasal Nebulizer before each use. Actimar® Nasal Nebulizer can be used for no more than 100 sprays and in any case for no more than 6 months. The use of Actimar® ISO Fialoidi KIT by children or non self-sufficient people must take place under the supervision of an adult who has read these instructions for use. Do not use in cases of individual hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product. Do not use in cases of epistaxis in progress or just ended, or in case of nasal mucosa not intact. The inhalation of saline solutions in particularly sensitive patients could cause episodes of bronchospasm: in this case, stop the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable therapy. Do not use after the expiration date or if the package is opened or damaged. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and contact your doctor. Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening. Smoking could compromise the protective effect of hyaluronic acid. Actimar® ISO Vials KIT can chemically interfere with different substances if they are mixed with it in the inhalation solution. Do not use Actimar® ISO Vials KIT simultaneously with other substances unless specifically prescribed by your doctor. In this case, strictly follow the indications prescribed by your doctor and the instructions for use of the product used in association with Actimar® ISO Fialoidi KIT. In case of any changes in the appearance of the mixture produced, discontinue the therapy immediately and contact your doctor. Do not use the product in association with quaternary ammonium compounds. The incorrect observance of the warnings and instructions for use could jeopardize the effectiveness of the product or cause the aggravation of existing problems as well as cause the occurrence of problems not previously present. Resealable vials, use contents within 12 hours of opening. After opening, keep refrigerated.
In some cases, the use of the product can cause a slight and transitory sense of local irritation. Hypersensitivity to the components.
