Description
Ionized alkaline hypertonic seawater solution with sea salt (1.2%), NaOCl (0.04%) and hypochlorous acid HOCl (0.004%) and acts on a biophysical basis.
ActiMaris NASAL Spray moisturizes and cleanses mucosal interactions. At the same time, it supports the physiological environment on the mucosal surface through its composition of minerals, salts and trace elements.
Thanks to its hypertonicity / hyperosmolarity, the solution has a decongestant effect, dissolves nasal deposits and secretions and frees nasal breathing.
Sea salt and NaOCl are natural preservatives and guarantee a long-lasting solution.
It is indicated as a complement and support to therapy in case of:
- Cold / shortness of breath.
- Influenza infections.
- Acute and chronic rhinitis (Rhinitis acuta et chronica).
- Acute and chronic rhinosinusitis (Rhinosinusitis acuta et chronica).
- Medicamentous rhinitis (privinismus) after abuse of sympathomimetic nasal sprays.
- Allergic rhinitis (including prophylactic).
- Tubular catarrh / middle ear infections.
- Postoperative (after sinus surgery).
- Prophylaxis of MRSA / VRE multiresistant microorganisms

ActiMaris NASAL Spray is indicated for long-term use> 24 h) and repeated use in the presence of irritated mucous membranes, as tissue tolerance and labiocompatibility have also been tested in case of repeated and multiple use. well tolerated by allergy sufferers.
It does not contain any type of: cortisone, xylometazoline, alcohol, antibiotic.

How to use
By bending the head slightly forward, the spray reaches the middle and lower nasal passage, thus covering a larger mucosal surface and obtaining a better effect.
- Adults and children from 2 years: recommended dosage: 2 sprays in each anarch, 4-5 times a day. It can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Small children (under 2 years) and infants: 1-2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day as needed. Small children and babies should not be placed on the back but on their side when using ActiMaris NASAL Spray. The head should be slightly raised.
Always check in advance with the pediatrician for use in the case of small children and infants.
For more severe intranasal infections and mucosal deposits, ActiMaris NASAL Spray can be combined with ActiMaris Wound Gel 2-3 times a day.
With the recommended dose, the content of 20 ml (100 mcl per spray) is sufficient for a therapy lasting between 7 and 10 days (approximately 200 sprays).
When using ActiMaris NASAL Spray, an overdose is not possible, even without systemic effects.
After contact, the nasal solution dissolves in water, salt and oxygen following the reaction with the mucosa. According to the same principle, dependence / addiction to the nasal solution is not possible.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid direct contact with colored fabrics, as the active oxygen contained can oxidize or have a bleaching effect. In case of contact with colored fabrics, rinse immediately with water.
