- Plantain , (Plantago lanceolata) is known for its emollient and soothing action on the oropharyngeal mucosa and tone of the voice, it also supports the functionality of the upper respiratory tract and the mucous membranes of the respiratory system;

Method of use and dosage of Actituss
It is recommended to take, with the appropriate measuring cup:
- Children up to 4 years: 5 ml 2-3 times a day.
- Children over 4 years: 10 ml 2-3 times a day.
- Adults: 10 ml 3-4 times a day.
Shake the bottle before use. Close the bottle carefully after use. After opening, it is recommended to consume the product within 30 days.
Actituss can also be taken by people with intolerance or sensitivity to gluten and lactose.
The product is alcohol free.
Warnings and Contraindications for Actituss
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
