Ingredients
Water, fructose, arginine hydrochloride, ornithine alpha ketoglutarate, carnitine tartrate; stabilizer: sorbitol; guarana (Paullinia cupana HSK), flavourings; thickener:xanthan gum; preservative: sodium benzoate; acidifier: lactic acid.

How to use
