Acufen plus 30 tablets is a supplement with Hawthorn, Valerian, Vitamin Groups, Hops and Tryptophan, very useful when there is a lack of these elements and supplementation support is required.

Dosage and method of use
This product is taken in a very simple way, two tablets a day are enough, preferably before going to bed accompanied by a little water at room temperature.


Properties contained in these tablets
- Hawthorn: blend of flavonoids which has the effect of decreasing excitability by acting on the nervous system with muscle relaxant effects.
- Valerian acts on the nervous system causing an action linked to the inhibition of the gaba (gamma-aminobutyric) as a mediator of the central nervous system.
- The Serotonin precursor Tryptophan is able to prevent the appearance of distress and mood declines and improve cognitive performance.
- Hops thanks to Pinene and Umolene which soothe nervous dyspepsia.
- Thanks to the presence of terpenes, Ginkgo Biloba gives an improved contribution to the circulatory system.
