Sugar; water; aqueous extract of: shatavari (asparagus racemosus willd.) radix; mandukparni (centella asiatica l.) herba; valerian (valeriana officinalis l.) rhizoma; haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; bibhitaki (terminalia bellerica roxb.) fructus; amalaki (phyllantus emblica l.) fructus; brahmi [bacopa monnieri (l.) pennel] herba; aragvadha (cassia fistula l.) pulpafructis; preservatives: sodium benzoate; aqueous extract of: long pepper (piper longuml.) fructus; fennel (foeniculum vulgare mill.) fructus; vidarikand [pueraria tuberosa (roxb. ex willd.) dc.] rhizoma; ginger (zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizoma; jatamansi (nardostachys jatamansi dc.) rhizoma; tulsi (ocimum sanctum l.) herba; preservatives: citric acid; aqueous extract of: sevya (vetiveria zizanioides nash) radix; carophane nails [syzygium aromaticum (l.) merr. et lm perry)] flos; cardamom powder (elettaria cardamomum white et mason.) semen; aqueous extract of: cinnamon (cinnamomumzeylanicum blume) cortex; chaste tree (vitex agnuscastus l.) fructus.

How to use
1 teaspoon (± 5 ml) twice a day 15 minutes after meals You can increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.
