Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) Dunal.] Radix; bilva (aegle marmeloscorrea) cortex; stabilizers: gum arabic; magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet in the morning and in the evening, with water or milk and crystal sugar. It is possible to increase the dose and fix the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist consultant.
